We are committed to looking after our customers and their data so from Monday 5th December you will be asked to change your password before logging into your Lifespan account to satisfy the new security changes. Any problems our team are waiting to help you – just give us a call.
– All new passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters long
– All new passwords must include at least one number, one lower case letter and one upper case letter.
– All logins must occur over HTTPS (secure connection) but don’t worry, it will automatically redirect to a secure connection if there isn’t one already.
– Users will have a maximum of 5 login attempts (within a 10 minute window). Therefore, a fifth consecutive incorrect attempt will result in your account being locked out.
